I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We was a party of 4 people and there was only 2 towels, no remote, and so hot in the room that it was impossible to get a good night sleep. We had the air on as cold as it would go and it was warmer in the morning than it was the night before.

We are extremely grateful to the security guard, an older gentleman who was way more helpful than the front desk staff. He went above and beyond to help us. Front desk seemed extremely inconvenienced when we needed help. RV parking was plentiful, so that was a plus.

$57 total for the room made the stay worth it. Primm is a dying area. 2 casinos are closed leaving only this one. Registers and computers were not working at the cafe. Had to put the meal charge onto the room. Virtually zero custmers in the whole facility. It had the feeling of a casino about to go out of business..

The rooms have seen better days. First room we had, half of the power didn’t work. The second room we had, the toilet didn’t work so well. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and the AC unit sounded like a lawn mower. The hotel itself is definitely run down and needs some love. We did get to see the Bonnie and Clyde car, which was cool!

My husband has difficulty walking and they put us quite a ways from the parking lot, the reception and casino. The luggage racks were locked together so I a 68 year old woman had to drag our luggage to our room. When we got to the room we had items that needed to be refrigerated, however, our refrigerator didn’t work. When I tried calling the front desk the phone didn’t work either, it had wires coming out of it! So I finally called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance over right away. An hour and a half later I went to the front desk and asked when maintenance was coming and the woman said that they don’t have a maintenance service. I told her that I was told that maintenance was going to come and she became very rude and told me again that they didn’t have maintenance, so I asked if we could be switched to another room closer to the entrance and she said NO! there weren’t any other rooms available to us. I said someone was lying and she asked the other woman if she said that they had maintenance and she said yes and that she had spoken to me and was amazed that they hadn’t come to fix things. She would get someone there. I told the first woman that I wanted to be there when they came that I don’t trust strangers with my things and she yelled that “FINE if we weren’t there then maintenance wasn’t supposed to do anything”. Maintenance did come right away and he had to bring another refrigerator. The other refrigerator didn’t work either.

Beds both were terrible and sloped to the outside probably broken down by age. No updates at all and the hotel is so old and dirty. Lady at the front desk told me we had to park at the front and walk through the casino so I carried two kids and bags that way then found out there was another parking lot and door right by our room

The only reason we stayed here is lack of other options in the desert. Thankfully, I’ve traveled a lot and can deal with it. I’ve stayed in worse. But no working faucet in the bathroom was easily remedied by the tub faucet. Thankfully that worked. Oh yeah, the ice machine was broken too and there’s no fridge. Just have low expectations and you’ll be fine here.

It was a very uncomfortable stay. There was one hand towel, the air conditioning was broken in the hot weather, had to walk very far to room. When asked where room was they said oh down that hall and didn't say could park in the back lot. Not helpful at all. Long line at 11:30 p.m. to check in.
