There was a spider in my room and on behalf of Expedia you did not include the correct price including taxes and fees makes me not want to book through Expedia anymore very disappointed

The room was dingy, unclean, I found blood on the bathroom door handle. The phone didnt work when we tried to call down to report the issues. I tried to get a refund for the resort fee and I was told a manager would follow up with me and she never did. That was the worst part, but also note that the pool is not open year round.

Good hotel. Looked like they had plenty of games. The fellow at the registration desk informed me of the veteran discount which took off the resort fees and got me $10 off gas. Overall, decent hotel.

Staff very nice. Room was clean but they need to do maintenance 🙄 in the hotel. Our toilet ran, the sink sprayed everywhere but the sink. Bed was comfortable. We had a smoking room but the windows are sealed shut so no ventilation. Over all for the price it was ok. They need to open up actual restaurants not have it all in 1 place as they do

There wasn’t rooms available so I had to get a smoking room which I didn’t mind since I could tolerate but we found a cockroach and the rooms dirty. The bathroom were not cleaned and dirty. The hotel needs renovations!!!
