Lovey friendly staff especially Emma and Charlie. Went above and beyond and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was wonderful. Advice going forward - a sheet to help understand the air con unit. We struggled and was very cold one evening as it would not turn off or onto heat. Housekeeping even tried. 100% stay here again and recommend. Shame rooftop was not open as cold would have completed the experience. Will be back
