Our room was fabulous. And the bed was really comfortable with perfect pillows. We were impressed with the speed of the lifts, we were on the eighth floor. Breakfast was superb, great variety and large seating area. Highly recommend this hotel

Everything was excellent. Lovely welcoming receptionists, lovely room with everything you could need. Great breakfast and excellent service from checking in to checking out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing. Loads of variety and continuously replinishing the hot food. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were stunning. Fridge, wine glasses, toaster and microwave all included. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

The room was great. Lots of room and the tv was a great size. The tv also spun around from the bed to the sitting room making it more accessible. The room had everything you needed and was really well laid out. The bar and restaurant were lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I had high expectations of our stay at the new Hyatt but the experience was disappointing as the room we checked into (in Hyatt House) was full of dog hair, had a dirty toilet and was very dusty. It came to light that every room in Hyatt House is dog friendly. The reception were however amazing and luckily there were rooms available in Hyatt Place and we were moved quickly. The breakfast was disappointing as the food area is too small for the number of guests that stay. There was no coordination to ensure that there was a steady supply of hot food. I don’t think we’d stay here again which is a shame because I like the brand and style of the hotel but I think I’d experience better elsewhere.

I had a great time on my birthday and anniversary. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only had an issue with the ventilation , it was really dusty. Make sure all cleaners always clean that area and it should always be double check by someone else.. mouth was dry during night stay. Apart from the that great hotel. Will go back again
