There was some confusion when checking in, unsure if they'd actually allocated a room for us, the room was set up for four people and it was only booked for two... Unsure about the glass divider between the bathroom and the bedroom as even when it's set to be be clear you can see the person in the shower and when someone is still sleeping the light still comes through if someone uses the toilet in the night. Food at breakfast was good, coffee is awful though, definitely need a new supplier. Breakfast staff were busy chatting instead of clearing the numerous tables left with food and plates on

NOVOTEL Leeds

Very much enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very conveniently situated for walking around Leeds city centre, parking in the hotel car park is limited but we were able to find space when we arrived. Our room was spacious and well equiped my only problem was that there wasn't sufficient lighting.Cleanliness was excellent and bed was comfortable and large. The staff were all attentive and went out of their way to help especially the receptionists and the chef at breakfast, he was great. Really enjoyed our stay.
