Well-Positioned hotel in Leeds centre

Our stay was good, the hotel was brilliantly positioned for Greek Street and all the food outlets and also for the grand theatre and the varieties theatre. Breakfast were excellent with lots of choice and eggs done freshly upon request.

A lovely day and night spent at Radisson Blue. Reception very friendly and helpful. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and staff very helpful.

Very surprised to find the room was tired and grubby. Marks on the walls and stains on the ceilings. Bed linen was stained and we need to ask for it to be changed. Very disappointed. Have stayed before without issue but this was without doubt the worst hotel room and I stayed in for a long time. Far away from 4 star.

The room was ok looking a bit tired in places. The Bed was nice but the bathroom needs attention, peeling paint on the ceiling and mould in the silicone round the bath. Not something i would expect at a hotel at thos standard.

Good central location

Good hotel in the centre of Leeds. With the new pedestrian work completed driving to this property is now very difficult so I would advise checking prior to booking. Staff were great and very helpful

The hotel was clean & very central with a comfortable bed. Receptionist could have been much friendlier at check in. I would like to have been told that I was given an accessible room as I would have preferred another room if possible although I didn't bother complaining. The ground floor stairwell entrance wasn't locked which meant anyone could have entered the upper floors. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Hotel in a great area and goo vfm. Would have scored 5/5 on everything we're it not for air con which sounded like a drone and wouldn't switch off and had to get night manager to sort it out. Would definitely stay again though.

Starting to look dated our room was ok until we used the bathroom that had a constant sewage smell in it. Stayed here a lot over the years never had that.

Radisson Blu Leeds. Do not stay here !!!!!!

My wife and i went to Leeds for a gig. We picked the Radisson Blu due to its proximity to the venue. Check in was okay but reception were not sure if the restaurant would be open for the booking we made a few days ago. They checked and confirmed the restaurant would be open at 4pm for us. We went to our room 349. Started unpacking and noticed a couple of insects, thought nothing of this and we went to the restaurant. First off they struggled to find a menu. When we did get a menu we asked for a fish and chips and a cheese burger and salad. When the food arrived we were very disappointed. The chips and fish were from a frozen meal and the burger was dry and again from the freezer. See the pictures below of what the Radisson advertise and what we got. We complained and was offered a 50% discount on the food. The waitress apologised and could not do enough but the food was bad. As we did not have enough time to else where before our event started we eat the food as we were hungry. It tasted worse that it looked. We quickly left and had a great evening in Leeds. On return to our hotel our room had several insects all around the bed head. We could not sleep here so asked to change rooms. The reception happily got another room ready. In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. Most things were okay but it is the first time i have seen an egg chef burn a fried egg !!!!

There was a column in the centre of my room, which made the room cramped. Shower but no bath. And I waited 10 minutes to check in because their checkin system is so slow, and there were only 2 staff on duty at 3pm which is when checkin opens, so it's when a lot of people want to check in
