When we first arrived, the hotel looked beautiful. I was genuinely impressed by the décor, and the night-shift front desk staff were amazing — both people I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, when we got to our room, we immediately noticed a cockroach sitting on the toilet seat. That was an instant no for us, and we went right back downstairs. The front desk agent handled the situation very well and moved us to another floor right away. He also upgraded us with pantry access, which we appreciated. Even with the change, it definitely left us on edge the rest of the stay, wondering if we might see another one. We also had dinner downstairs at the restaurant — I can’t remember the name — but the chicken wings were really good. The service was okay; they were closing up when we walked in, so you could tell everyone was ready to go home. Overall, the stay was okay. The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable after the issue, and that effort mattered. I would possibly stay again, but I’ll be honest — that roach situation will always be in the back of my mind.

Was only here for a quick overnight but the desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I picked this hotel because it had 24 hr shuttle pickup / drop off from the airport. The drivers were super friendly as well.

The room was nice and spacious! Just what I was looking for. The bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable but I like a firmer bed. Unfortunately the sink was clogged my first day but once I made the front desk aware they fixed it. I feel like they should always check if sinks drain properly as part of their turnover.

Hotel is nice and elegant, minor things that decreased it's rating. Food was replenished in pantry for others to eat and a very small selection of choices. Coffee machine isn't being cleaned routinely as the milk/cream taste spoil. Beds are not queen size, more like a full. Rooms weren't very spacious. Had to keep coming to service desk as key fobs weren't working, wrong room was given initially and key fob didn't work for the pantry and had to pay for parking which was a bit much as the area wasn't a secure area. You could enter and leave the gate as you pleased. Good place to be if you need shuttle transport to the airport anytime of day
