Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hallway on second floor had a terrible smell. Elevator could use updating. Overall a good stay. Breakfast as expected for a hotel.

Breakfast area was poorly arranged, resulting in many people trying to cook waffles in the same area that other people were attempting to get other hot food. The result was a chaotic mess and long wait!

The hospitality staff were very nice. We had some changes that we needed to make at last minute. They quickly added to our reservation another night for two rooms. We asked for daily room housekeeping which is no longer industry standard. They accommodated our request which we truly appreciated as we had two handicapped elderly people with two additional elderly people. They were compassionate and respectful. We would definitely use them again if we ever needed to be in Kentucky again.

Parking lot was a little small and finding a spot on the weekends if you get back late is almost impossible. For someone who stays multiple days like I did, the breakfast gets stale quickly. The same thing is served day after day. Its good, don't get me wrong just boring after day two lol. Now for the positives.....The bed was very comfy, plenty of tv channels to watch, and the staff was very courteous. Always said good morning or good evening depending on time of day.
