The setup of the room was not ideal. The description of the rooms said double beds, and they really were double beds, not queens, so wr knew we were taking a chance. The blackout blinds were set far apart from the window enough so that the security light outside still shone through, making it feel like it was daylight all night long. The door to the bathroom and shower got in the way when you were standing at the sink or trying to exit the room.

This is the friendliest and most personable staff that you will find. They do everything within their power to accommodate guests and make their stays as pleasant as possible. This property is, by far, the cleanest hotel in the area.

This was the cleanest room I have ever slept in while traveling. It was beautiful, smelled clean, and we received excellent guest service!!!! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I will be staying here again.

Great Experience

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and they came in and changed all the linens. I didn't get into the pool this time, but a great experience.

We had a mechanical issue with our car and had to make an unscheduled stop in Richmond on June 3rd. We had to go to the hotel around 10AM from the auto repair shop. Dave at the hotel front desk was fantastic! He allowed us to stay in the lobby until a room was available for early check-in and bent over backwards to make us as comfortable as possible in a bad situation (we loved the 24 hour hot water availability). The next day he allowed us to late checkout while we waited for our car to be repaired and stored our luggage for us while we went next door for lunch. We would rate Dave and Quality Inn a 10 if we could.

We chose to stay here year after year. We love that they are pet friendly and the cleanest room ive ever seen. I the bathroom lights are unbelievably bright which is terrible for a middle of the night bathroom visit but it does allow you to see how extremely clean the bathroom is! Breakfast area is also always spic ansd span too. Thank you
