This was our first stay in Norway on our trip further north and I would have planned on staying longer if I knew how nice this hotel was. Loved everything about it and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed overnight to enjoy a girls trip. Wish there was a jacuzzi option without having to pay extra at the wellness center but the indoor pool was still a nice option. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Great choices. Would recommend.

The property is very clean and nice looking, and it's easily walkable to the shopping district and several major attractions. Property needs more parking spaces to accommodate a full hotel. Overflow parking was parking under trees or in an grassy area. Additionally, our booked Deluxe room was not properly reserved in their system, so we were downgraded to a standard twin and they were fully booked and unable to adjust our booking. The breakfast buffet is one of the best parts of staying here and is easily worth the stay by itself! It is hard to beat and we looked forward to it both mornings of our stay.

Good hotel

Perfectly situated for visiting attractions in Lillehammer. Nice balcony outside the bar/restaurant. Good food, but room for improvement at breakfast, such as separate butter packets and a working toaster.

Great hotel with large rooms in comparison with newer hotels. Dinner at the hotel was one of our best in 4 weeks of travel. Walk to hotel hilly so some may need a taxi.

Bed bugs

Although the breakfast and the swimming pool were amazing, the hotel has low cleaniness standars. I was bitten by bed bugs numerous times! We had to wash all clothing after return including skiing coats, etc and steam clean our car and house to avoid transporting the bugs to our house. The cleaner did not bother to clean our room every day. Also, there is no bus shuttle to the skiing slope. We booked this hotel as it advertises to have a shuttle but we ended up walking to the station each day to catch the bus. The hotel is up on a hill so climbing back from skiing meant a 20 minute walk up a steep hill (on icy pavements) or a cab ride at 150 KR.
