hotel entrance is closed for ubers and taxis

There is a lot of friction for Ubers to enter into the old airport where the hotel is located, which makes it uncertain to arrive on time to your flight, which I believe was the only reason to stay in this property. The gates to the street are closed with a chain and lock. The guard at the entrance first told the uber that he couldn't enter, then he told him that he would have to pay parking even if it was jut to drop me. When I became tired and said I would enter walking with my suitcase, the guard first said I was not allowed, until after a short discussion he radioed the hotel and let me in. The same situation repeated in the morning.

This hotel is advertised as a short walk from airport. It’s 1 hr 10 min walk. And a 27 min taxi ride. I know a new airport opened but they should have changed the advertisement 12 days ago. Then I would have known they had a shuttle. The blankets were trash too. Coffee machine broken. The restaurant staff and check OUT staff were amazing. Thank you to those individuals.

This hotel is NoT next to the airport. It is at least a 20 minute shuttle ride for anyone thinking they will just be able to pop over. Like most of the people on my shuttle thought. It is next to the OLD airport.

Better modern room this time from the last time. Good friendly service and the shuttle picked us up from the new airport at 4am because our flight was delayed. We couldn’t get ahold of the hotel to let them know we were waiting. It would have been nice if the number online was correct (it was incorrect) and a what’s app connection so that we could have let them know that we were waiting at the new airport.

Great stay in a quiet hotel that honestly, is off airport. It's 30 minutes from the actual terminal despite being fenced inside the airport, so it's not remotely convenient. However, it is very secure and the staff are really nice. Not sure if I'd stay again due to the inconvenience of the location but for the staff and quality of hotel, it's a 9/10. Great concierge (Miguel) and bar staff!

Great nice room! Excellent staff, service is tops. Room was real nice, just no hair dryer and no face towels. tub had stains. I could hear someone snoring. Bed was on the hard side. Breakfast was tops, delicious and well served.

This is not connected to the new airport. Finding the shuttle pickup at the new airport was not easy as airport staff didn’t speak English and/or didn’t know where the shuttle pickup is located. The shuttle ride was 22 minutes from the new airport to the hotel. The front desk at the hotel told me the shuttle runs every hour but online said every 30 minutes. Who knows?! No one said anything to us before our stay to let us know of this change nor did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or make any effort to get us accurate information about shuttle times. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for a layover at the new Lima airport.
