The location of this hotel with the new airport is very difficult to get to, terrible traffic long waiting time. The hotel feels isolated and abandoned in a parking lot I would not recommend it. It took us an hour to get to the hotel after we picked up our bags.

Yo hice las reservaciones para mis padres allá en Perú para que la pasaran bien ya que iban a viajar a Brasil; sin embargo, cuando les pregunto si llegaron bien al hotel, mi papá me dice que le hicieron sentir mal a mi mamá, porque la señorita que estaba en el Front Desk el sabado 25 de octubre de 2025 a las 8pm de la noche, los trató de manera muy descortés y no les dio ninguna indicación, contrario a los señores que estaba adelante de ellos. Esta persona los trató de una manera discriminatoria. Desde mi punto de vista, yo he trabajado como recepcionista en hoteles de Marriott y antes de ascender a corporativo, así que sé que la politica de TODOS los hoteles es muy parecida, es una industria de HOSPITALIDAD, y una de las características principales que debería tener una persona que es la cara del hotel, la primera impresión, es que deberia tener un trato de respeto e igualdad con todos los huéspedes. Me he quedado totalmente desanimada con el trato que mis padres han recibido por parte de esta persona que trabaja siendo la cara del hotel.

Transfer from the airport can take considerable time during the day but early in the morning it only takes 10 minutes. Hotel is a bit soulless but convenient. Reception staff excellent but the gym is poor and the area is not really suitable for exercising outdoors.

There are two hotels with the same name with the exception of one word. Be careful if you think you’re booking the hotel right opposite the Lima airport! You want the Wyndham “grand“ Costa del Sol. If you book the Wyndham Costa del Sol, you will have a 20 minute shuttle, which is very simple on the staff were excellent, but it is very easy to be confused. We had exceptional service at the Wyndham Costa del Sol even though we had to track a little further. The dining room experience was wonderful.

This is located at old section of airport not to be confused with Wyndham Grand within walking distance of airport. With traffic, shuttle took us 30 minutes to get to hotel., the shuttle in the morning took 10 minutes..

Good, but a long drive to get across the street. You can see the hotel a few meters away but it’s a 15 minute drive through Calleo and the airport. We were stuffed like sardines on the way back to the airport when we could have easily walked across the street. Yollanda in the spa is a treasure!
