I often stay in this hotel, probably 6-8 times a year. Since the new airport was opened, the service here has been downgraded. Poor shuttle service, long wait times for check ins, and their buffett breakfast this morning did not include "eggs cooked your way", like they always have in the past. Also, my room did not have hot water for a shower. I was very disappointed in their shuttle service as well, it did not run on time, nor could you make reservations. Overall, 3/10.
