Great location, clean rooms. The staff is very helpful. We checked in at night and Goncalo was the staff on duty, he was very helpful and he made sure the check-in is hassle-free and gave us some useful tips about the city. Decent breakfast menu.

I was extremely pleased with my experience here starting with my check in process. My flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t for 5 hours. I arrived at the hotel just seeing if I’d be able to check in or if I should wait until my room was ready. Luckily, my room was ready and the young man at the desk was very friendly and personable. The room was convenient and had a mini bar with a variety of drinks which came in handy. Such a walkable location and very easy to navigate to and from. The only thing that was less than ideal were the smooshed bugs on the ceiling in maybe 3 different areas that immediately caught my eye and never cleaned prior to my stay. Besides that, this was such a great hotel and I’m glad I strayed from my comfort zone of well known American hotel chains for this one.

Lock your balcony door

Our room was burglarised of our laptop and a bank card. Make sure to lock your balcony door. The hotel looked into it but could not account for someone coming in from the balcony. Otherwise a pretty good hotel and value.

The hotel is well located with plenty of transport options a minutes walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. There is also a supermarket across the street, which was also very useful.

I had horrible nights due to a broken window. I stayed two nights in room 602. The window wasn’t properly shut and I heard noise from outside, airplane every five minutes until late nights and starting at 5am, as well as ambulance and nightclub music. The staff were so incapable and rude. I asked the reception to change my room at first night but they just said it’s fully booked, and no alternative suggested or apology. I could sleep well, so I went to the reception again in the morning then they said I need to come back after 2pm. So I went to the reception when I came back at evening then they said it’s fully booked again. As they didn’t suggest anything or apology again, I had to ask if they have anyone who fix the window but they said no. I ended up staying the same room and could sleep at all. Only one thing that they did was to send a cleaner to try to open the door after I went to the reception at second night but she couldn’t do anything. I cannot believe that they don’t prepare any spare room in case for something happens. If the shower was broken, maybe I could take a shower two nights. Secondly, the attitude of the receptionists weren’t professional. They don’t apologize about their fault and they talk it sounds like my fault. The manager need to provide proper education for them. I will not stay here again.
