Good location in Lisbon

Hotel was quick to respond to questions via hotel.com. Staff was friendly but not warm and fuzzy kinda friendly. The men associates were not very engaging, was my experience: Room was excellent. AC worked great: very clean room. Cable car running 25 meters away can be a bit noisy. Got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. Breakfast is a good value : it’s very crowded and not laid out well. The hotel has so much space in the lobby and courtyard. Not sure why those areas are not utilized. The layout of the breakfast just becomes a cluster when it’s busy. The street the hotel is on, is not really accessible via a car or taxi/uber. The ally is very very dark at night which is not ideal. I liked the interior decor. There really isn’t a swim pool. Based on the size, I’d say a kid pool at best. Hotel staff was helpful in arranging a cab to the airport. The cab was early, a beautiful bmw and was a good experience. Cheers Jerry Robinson

A lovely hotel in a historic setting.

Very nice and centrally placed hotel. Good staff, who responded quickly to any issues... eg a plug sucker and lamp were not working but quickly rectified. Good choice at breakfast, and a wonderful inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the daytime or evening, Only problem was extremely small wardrobe for a double room.

People need to be aware that you have to walk many meters down cobblestone to reach the hotel. It is not very clearly labelled and we walked right past it. Fatima at teception was lovely!

Great hotel but getting there (self driving) is a challenge !! Don’t rent a large car ! GPS struggles to find the hotel, so make sure you have good directions before heading in to Lisbon.

I liked everything about the hotel...very comfortable, nice bed sheets/ pillows, amenities and breakfast was great. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The only one thing I wished is that the instant coffee and cream and sugar ammenity in the room would be restocked every day.Otherwise , a very nice stay.
