What a surprise! I got delayed for over a day and needed somewhere to stay. Found this on Expedia and it was everything the reviews said. A true 4 star hotel. The room, the staff all were exceptional! I will be back, and on purpose with more clothes!

Hotel Santa Justa was perfect for walking throughout downtown, central location was so convenient. Room was spacious, modern & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Taxis prior to 10am were appreciated for ride to airport.

We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything.
