The air conditioning was broken and made noises all night. The parking is inaccessible and we were overcharged for an additional night when we were told that it was included. We were told that breakfast was not included, but then we were told it was when we were checking out.

nothing can beat the location, one thing to consider is that this area is so loud and busy so if your hotel doesn't have soundproof windows then you will be in trouble and this hotel had amazing quiet rooms. staff were so friendly and professional both front desk and restaurant staff. highly recommend this hotel

Location is fantastic! You are right in the middle of everything. Had amazing shower with the window opens right to the street after a long drive and bed was extremely comfortable. Wish we could spend more time in there. Highly recommend .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished we had longer time to enjoy our stay here at the hotel and more time to explore Lisbon but unfortunately our flight got cancelled and our stay was shortened by 4 days. Wish their non refundable policy is a bit flexible for reasons beyond our control.
