The room was clean. The African man with long hair at the front desk seemed totally lost/ confused and gave me incorrect room, non working keys next....just hasn't been trained well. I was there in November and same thing happened w/ him. He is super friendly though. Overnight night guy could use some hospitality skills he lacks badly. I always love their hotel / rooms are right for the price point. Location is close to LIS airport and across LIDL

Upon arrival for 2 people there was 1 black tea👎 and 1 herbal tea, packages of sugar.they should have supplied 2 black tea and 2 coffee knowing that there are 2 people. No milk or cream👎. The light to the entrance of the room was not working so it was dark, the soap dish screw was not tight so could not hold soap, the toilet roll holder was loose. Bedding and towels were good. Front desk was helpful when we asked for milk or extra glasses.glad we were here for just 1 night.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. The wall can use some paint over since there were a lot of marks on it and the reception area needed vacuuming. Bathroom was clean. Overall for the price it was a good value.

Great food clean rooms and very nice and accommodating staff. I booked this room close to the airport for an early morning flight and was very concerned about the price that it was going to be bad. It is very nice place to stay at in very underpriced.

The room was so bad, it has a lot of cracked walls which I actually have phobia for.. The toilet was not clean, they put me in a room that was very close to road side, which I didn’t sleep for 2days on my stay there… The room was not too cold, the room only one light bulb works.. it was a very terrible stay for me, this don’t even allow me enjoyed the vacation I went for. Also more of English staff please for those of us who don’t speak French, Spanish or Portuguese
