Fantastic customer service
When I arrived I found my room had a damaged window. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, sorted out a change of room for me without any hesitation and took great personal care to ensure I was happy. The definition of great customer service!

Clean hotel,
For the negatives… The room was very hot even though we turned the thermostat all the way down.
There was only one lift working for the 8 floors and we were on floor 8. We even walked up with our luggage to save waiting a long time for the lift as there was a big queue.
We had to pay £15 parking even though it said parking was included. Very noisy.
Positives… The room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. Very secure too.
The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. If you’re visiting Liverpool, I would highly recommend.
Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom.

Fantastic, clean hotel/apartment within walking distance of the Docks, Liverpool One and City Centre. Cheap parking for the area (£15 per night). Friendly and helpful staff.
Our stay at the hotel over Christmas was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent customer service. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request.
The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated, adding to the festive mood of our trip. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was exceptional! The variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes catered to all our tastes. Everything was well-prepared, and the quality was top-notch.
The overall experience left a lasting impression, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making our stay enjoyable.
Ideal studio for 2 for a short stay, good location just 5 mins to the station, restaurants and shops.
Reception was a breeze and the room comfortable and clean.
