Staff INCREDIBLE 5 star! Hotel looks 2 star!

Staff are the most incredible staff I ever experienced at over hundreds of trips! They do go above and beyond and so friendly w smiles and everything especially for I can only imagine the regulars they deal with on a regular basis besides a rub& tug parlour! Best part of my stay was the staff so nice and super condition w every single request! Down parts were rooms so dated old from 20 years ago plus the guests that live or stay there and forget other travellers and children etc stay there and walls paper thin! W doors from room to room so you hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything!! Even if you are at end of hall and standing at elevator!!

London stay.

Front desk was nice, helpful & polite. Room was sufficient, clean & beds comfortable. Bathroom was good size and clean also. Unfortunately was noisey in the wee hours. Kept my family up, yelling & banging. Dog friendly which I was not aware. Seems like they were taking over the lobby at check in. Too much for me. Unfortunate.

The hotel itself was great! The people above me and beside me had no reapect for others and were partying and making a hell of a racket well passed 3am. My daugher and i enjoyed the pool.

Warm pool

The pool was actually warm!!!!! The people staying in the room beside weren’t the best letting their children yell in the middle of the night and had a dog too so whining and barking early morning as well but definitely not hotels fault for their behaviour and the staff was very friendly and polite when I asked for extra pillows or towels

Not for kids

The place is extremely dirty. The bathroom was not clean asked them to come clean it. No one came. I had to go buy stuff and clean it myself. Pool had a black ring around. People was all in the hallways drinking and partying. Police had to come shut the party down.

The sidewalks and walkwsys where icy. Couldn't control the heat in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The complementary coffee was so strong that we had to dump it out even after adding hot water to it. The gentleman working was very friendly.

Our stay was fine. It was clean and felt safe. The staff were nice, and friendly. The beds could be a little more comfortable. The channels on the TV were fair. The guests next door were noisy. The bath tub was spacious and deep. Overall it was a good value.

Staff was nice but the building is cold and drafty. Only a sheet and super thin blanket provided for bedding and with the drafty room had to crank the heat to 80 just to stay warm.
