This is my go-to place to stay while in London. While this place may be the oldest motel in the area, it is the lowest priced. My first review said that this was not one of Ramada's best, but they have improved quite a lot since then. They have been undergoing a refresh of the place with new hallway carpeting, improved WiFi coverage, refurbished bathrooms,etc. My only complaint this time was that the HVAC unit continued to run even when the thermostat was turned off. As a result the room was stifling hot. It took 2 visits from maintenance before the situation was corrected. While I was examining the unit I noticed that the filters had not been cleaned in quite some time as they were caked with dust. I did point this out to the front desk when I checked out and hopefully they will look into developing a cleaning schedule about this issue. Other than that ,the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. All told this is an nice place to stay if you're on a budget.

We stayed for 1 night. We had a great overall stay. Room is a good size with mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The kids loved the pool and played in it for hours. The food at the restaurant was good. Portions sizes were good and the price is reasonable. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally pleasant, gave the girls some nail stickers and my son some mini dinosaur figurines. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quick check-in, friendly, efficient staff; there for our grandson's hockey tournament. Had two rooms. My husband and I in one, our son and his family in second room. That room did not have the shampoo dispenser re-filled and toilet had not been cleaned. Our room was fine.

They let us check in early which was great but the room looked like the washroom had not been clean in months . The was stuff in the toilet , the seat and the front of the back part were disgusting. The pillow cases had stains and there was black hair all over the sheets. The bath tub was gross. Of my daughter didn’t have a appointment in London the next morning . We would of left. She started her medication and we couldn’t leave .

I paid for 2 queens and was given doubles, ate at the restaurant there was hair in my fries. Blinds had holes in them, the beds were so horrible I didn’t even sleep the entire night. I would have left but I had my 3 kids with me. I tried to talk to the front desk about moving to. A proper room I paid for they didn’t care and they weren’t busy. I come this way a lot for kids sports events and I don’t think I’ll tell anyone to go there

Halls smelled like weed. Dirty rooms. We could hear the people upstairs walk and pee in the toilet. Our food (breakfast/lunch) wasn't made the way we wanted it. We went down to order dinner and it was closed at 7pm. They didn't notify us it was going to be closed. The staff was rude. Pool area is so cold.
