This appears to be an older Sandman hotel however the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is in an undesirable part of town with many homeless people in the area. I was surprised to learn that we needed to pay 16.75 for parking. Parking was in a secured area however I would caution those with a standard truck as the clearance is terrible. Our truck it the sign upon entering as well as the low profile pipes. I am certain we have scratches

Friendly and accommodating staff. Older property but relatively well kept. Area was convenient for bus and close to downtown, but there were a lot of street people and druggies hanging out around the hotel. Obviously no fault of the hotel, but unfortunate and worth mentioning.

NEVER AGAIN

Located in the middle of crack town. Rooms decor is ugly and dated. Was in a suite …Carpet had stains. lampshades had stains. TV didn’t work asked to have it looked at three times no one came. Grout in bathroom floor was disgusting. Wallpaper was bubbling and peeling in some spots. Just an extremely outdated, sad looking room in a horrible neighbourhood that had literally dozens of crackheads standing outside screaming, and hollering. The continental breakfast was the most basic bland and cheap spread I’ve ever seen in my life. They absolutely should not be charging with their charging for rooms. It’s ridiculous and I will literally never go back there again for the rest of my life and encourage everybody else to do the same.

Pretty clean considering it looked dated. However, even on the 6th floor you could hear people shouting. Also, the curtains could not close all the way so there was no way anyone could sleep in as the daylight comes in through the shear curtains.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. The amount of homeless people around the hotel is kinda scary. Our event was only a few blocks away and we Ubered back because we didn’t feel safe. I believe the building next to the hotel is a place for the homeless.

This hotel was nice, older, but still nice. Beds are seeing the last of their days. The neighbourhood seems quite unsafe. Staff was great, breakfast was good, room had some broken things from prior guests but nothing that made the room unusable.
