A smart and stylish one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of an imposing Victorian townhouse, less than one minute from Sloane Square in the heart of exclusive Chelsea.

Flat 3 is a self-contained flat forming part of a luxury aparthotel with lift in a quiet tree lined road in this upmarket area of London. It is newly decorated and furnished in a modern style with the added benefit of stunning views over neighbouring gardens. A short stroll away is the city’s famous Kings Road with its café culture, designer stores and renowned restaurants. The flat benefits from exceptional ceiling heights and large windows making it light and airy.
The formal lounge has a dining area with seating for four, a large sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed upon request and wide screen television with all Freeview channels. Double doors lead straight to the bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and a desk and chair for home working. Both rooms feature large windows overlooking neighbouring gardens.

From the master bedroom, please note that the bathroom is accessed via the lounge. There is a contemporary kitchen, with fridge, microwave and cooker as well as a good range of cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery perfect for guests wanting to self-cater. The marbled bathroom has a bathtub with rainfall shower and plenty of storage space.

Famous locations such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and all the museums of South Kensington are a bus or cab ride away as are the luxury stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
