Bed so comfy, room quiet as resquested but there was a dreadful smell in the room, we had to leave the window open all day to freshen it up, smelt like a wet dog! Also carpet wasn’t very clean lots of bits and crumbs from precious guests. Breakfast good variety but hot items cold and dry. Plenty of helpful staff around downstairs. Bar area very busy and noisy to relax in during evening so took our drink up stairs.

Room was clean and fit for purpose. My issues lie with breakfast. Was overcrowded, especially where the food was served and the area of the food was filthy (empty glasses and cups around the hot food). Also hot food was cold, as if sat for ages with no way of keeping the area clean.

Cannot fault this hotel. Staff were so polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room had everything we needed and a really comfy bed. Perfect location as we’d been to The O2 for a concert Very reasonably priced too
