They’re in the middle of a remodel so the noise was high. It will be great when over. Such a great location and the staff was excellent.
We loved the location.
Room was nice and clean but could do with an update, for example USB outlets would have been great.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The people were super friendly and accomodating but we were not told that there would be construction work in the hotel rooms above us. So no rest during the day at all.
The wifi also never worked. We rarely got the log in screen, and when we did the connection would drop after a few minutes

Lovely hotel and staff. Bathroom suite including the bath and shower is a little small for the room price. Shower over bath.
Hotel is situated perfectly for visiting Camden etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room decor was just okay but I understand they are going through a refurb at the moment. Was very surprised that they don’t offer complimentary water for the room. And I guess I’m out of touch but £18 for breakfast (as nice as it was) seems unbelievably steep.
Brilliant. Seamless check in. Friendly staff couldn’t do enough re luggage before check in and after check out. I left something behind and they looked after it until I realised. Location couldn’t be better bang on the lock
Great one night stay at the Holiday Inn in Camden. We got an unexpected free upgrade and thought the room was very clean, and surprisingly quiet. Staff very friendly too.
Great location near the train, shopping and the best rock bars! The room could use updating but was spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast 6 of 7 days we stayed. Food was excellent and especially appreciated Prerna for greeting us with a smile even when we arrived with minutes left. Prerna was friendly and helpful- a great way to start our days! Will definitely return!
The staff are amazing. Everyone is polite, kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the Camden market with souvenir shopping and a walking distance away to the Tube.
