Loved my stay! Comfort, security, location.

My stay was amazing. The staff from the moment i walked in provided such comfort and safety. I was traveling alone, and they made me feel secure. They suggested a bit larger room since I was staying a whole week, which was a wonderful choice seeing I was there longer. They also offered wonderful dining suggestions and directions when needed. When the app wasn't working to order room service, I inquired at the desk and they were able to accommodate so quickly. Didn't need it fast, but they were so kind to get me my dinner what felt like instantly. After a long day of travel and stressful day, (get the chicken - it's delicious!) they made me feel right at home. As for the location, it's perfect from theatre, tube and bus stops. Would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a central location with comfort!

The staff were exceptional! Even though the space downstairs was filled with adults in the communal bar / restaurant / lounge space, my 11 year old son was made to feel welcome too. The lady at reception even remembered what we were doing in London and asked my son about it the next morning. He felt very comfortable there which was important to me. The room was compact, clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. No noise problems which is brilliant! THANK YOU! We will be back! x

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with lively lobby bar and cafe. Steps from Holborn Tube Station and 10 minute walk to Covent Garden. A quietish retreat on the fringe of the lively West End. Comfortable accommodation. The team seems to go above and beyond for guests.

Staff friendliness excellent and lobby gorgeous. Fantastic location. Only down side was noise of other guests on the first floor - room doors banging loudly at 2am. Could the door rooms have soft closures - there were 10-12 doors banging over a 20-minute period? Were these event guests?

Super stay

Favourite hotel brand that we have used numerous times London and Paris. Both seem to be a giant for locals using their free internet which sometimes is annoying if you can’t get a seat in the busy bar areas.

Loved staying here! First time traveling to London with my boyfriend and we wanted a comfy romantic hotel in walkable area ! This place was perfect - bed was really comfy and the room was spacious (we got one of the bigger room options) and we basically walked everywhere ! Loved being so close to so many restaurants and attractions and also the tube. The lobby gets packed but it was nice to be able to go down for a easy breakfast or drinks and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future!

The bathroom door had semi opaque glass. There was a mirror put in such a way that you could see into the bathroom from the bed and know way more than you want to know about what your roommate is doing in the bathroom.
