Our stay at the Allegria Hotel was disappointing from the start. Although the booking stated everything was included, we were charged an additional fee at check-in for “special amenities,” leaving us no choice but to pay since we had nowhere else to stay. The room was clean but very cold despite the heat being set to 75, with a noticeable draft throughout the night. The shower water was only lukewarm, and the room was extremely small for the price. We were given a $30 restaurant voucher without being told it had to be used in person and couldn’t be applied to room delivery, which was impossible for us with a small child. The front desk and restaurant sent us back and forth, and no one was able to credit us. The food was also bland and not worth it. We also asked for a small step ladder to help load our roof rack since ours was broken, but no one could help. The elevators were very slow and often skipped our floor. The only positive was the extra complimentary water. Overall, this hotel was not worth the price and we would not stay here again.

The first night there was construction going on at 9:00 pm...right down the hall. We called the desk and it was stopped...The same night the fire alarm battery expired at 2 am. Tried to call desk and no one answered so we had to listen to that beep throughout the night. The last two days there was no cold water....won't be revisiting. Called the desk and after running the water for 20 minutes we were told there was hot water.....skip this place.

Hotel is being remodeled the first room they sent us to was on a floor that was all torn up and a huge mess. Got to our room and all the furniture was in. The middle of the room, clearly mid-construction. Went to the front desk and they switched us to a different room. That room was ok, but definitely beat up and needing refinishing. No fan in bathroom, and just kinda underwhelming overall. Went for breakfast and there was a very limited menu, nothing that I wanted. Went with a fruit dish that was ok.

the room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed, big pillows and a beautiful ocean view. Ruben checked me in and was very welcoming - gave me lots of info about the hotel amenities. Got a drink and ate at the bar in the evening during happy hour. very affordable and delicious. I will be back.
