Nice Location on the beach, unfortunately it was March not beach weather. Nothing impressive to see. Good for what's available. Beds were small for 2 Adults and 2 teens. Next time I would get 2 rooms.

Very strong scent overpowering placed in Lobby and Mezanine main spaces. My wife with Asthma couldn’t go into those spaces otherwise she would go into a severe asthma attack. The air was not clean because of this scenting by the hotel. Workers were right outside our window at 7 am one day and near our room window early in am the other day yelling at each other. No decaf coffee in room. On a good note the elevators were quick. Overall, if you have any respiratory issues with scents… stay away. Otherwise it’s a nice place on the ocean .

Pros - location is stunning. Upon check in we were given $20 credit for onsite restaurant. Updated decor, rooftop pool and vibe overall are amazing. Boardwalk and beach are literally steps away. Cons - Room was king with obstructed view of ocean. For our stay the entire west side of building has scaffolding so that did was obstruction. TV reception was spotty. Toilet handle had to be adjusted a couple times. Our room was adjoining to another which needs a better privacy sound barrier.

We loved the dining choices this way we did not have to search for a dining options since we were only there for a few hours to stay overnight. I really enjoyed the decorations as well. Thank you for keeping us safe for 12 hours.
