Our room had no electricity. I complained every hour and was told someone would fix it. After my 4th complaint a man came by the room and told me the electrical panel was “too big” for them to figure out and they couldn’t fix it tonight. I was not given any solution and it was too late for me to move my 2 kids and wife back home

For the price of a 1 night stay here I would have really thought there would be some hotel basics in the room: microwave, tea kettle, coffee pot, tea and coffee. We also were abruptly waken up at 6am by the group above us yelling and stomping so loudly on the floor that it felt like they were going to fall through. We called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to keep it down however the noise continued until we eventually gave up trying to sleep and just started our journey home earlier than planned. Of course the hotel cannot be responsible for all their guests but it didn’t really seem like they took any course of action to stop the noise because there was not even a brief break.

I’d stay again.

First the positives. Location location location. Very convenient to the beach. Beds were super comfy. Towels were soft and fluffy. Negative. Only two shower towels were there for us. No hand towels or face cloths. They had them and I got them when I asked for them. But seconds negative.. the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call for them. Had to go to front desk. The bathroom door didn’t close. And lastly.. couldn’t close the drapes or they covered the AC. Need shorter ones. That all said I’d stay here again.

Our room didnt have fridge. So when we asked Kristina at front desk said they will put fridge in the room which they did right away.Nice place to stay for few days. Close to beach. Would be nice if they would serve breakfast.

Unpleasantly surprised

When getting to the hotel, the lobby was a little warm and not comfortable. Check-in went pretty smoothly. When we got to the elevator, it was the size of a cupboard and could fit maybe four or five people at the most. It was also very slow and we needed to wait a couple of minutes for the elevator to come down to the floor. The room was extremely small. For the price I expected more. There were no side tables by the bed so we could not put our phones or even our water down. So we could not put our phones or even a bottle of water next to us. We had to keep our phones on the floor and our water on the floor. The bathroom only had a sink and there was nowhere to put any toiletries. The air conditioner blew the curtains during the night so at around 5:30 AM light came in from outside and woke us up. The rooms were freshly painted and the bed was comfortable, but it is not a place that I would stay again.
