Hotel rooms are very clean, great amenities. Accessible room shower was one of nicest . Included seat and floor mat to prevent slips. Downside …mattress was terrible and needs replacing. Found pillows very soft and lumpy. Probably should have rated 2-3 because of bedding but staff and everything else was good. .

Great property for visiting Universal Studios, especially with the free shuttle. Staff was exceptional. The room we were given unfortunately was directly behind the small check in wall and about 40’ from the Bistro Bar, so unfortunately, the voices of those enjoying themselves with very loud voices without concern for other guests. Other than that, the food was exceptional as well as the staff. 4.7 out of 5 for sure.
