The staff was exceptional with kindness and attention to detail. Simon really helped when we arrived and even a couple days before when I booked a shuttle and had a few extra questions.

I have stayed here twice and was not disappointed. The on site cafe restaurant offers good fare. I ate there and took room service both. I did not try the bar but I did use the laundry room at the adjacent Safari Motel and it worked just great for me. I will stay at Coast Burbank again.

Loved the shuttle to the Universal Park! We were going to Horror nights and it was so great to get dropped off and picked up at the gate! The neighborhood was also good and quiet.

Shuttle to theme park and back-and-forth to airport a huge class. Make sure you pre-book. They will be extremely flexible with you though. All employees were very kind.

Easy check in, friendly staff, free parking, 2 free complimentary waters, luggage cart readily available, room was clean and already cool, walk in closet with in-room safe, big bathroom with ceiling rainshower, bathrobes for use, toilet paper fan design for special effect, decent size fridge, daughter and I both slept great, room was quiet, FREE shuttle TO AND FROM Universal on the hour and friendly engaging drivers *who even turned back for me once when I forgot my wallet! Called down for food pickup at Olive and was good! Would book again, thanks so much for a comfortable and accommodating stay!

The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. We enjoyed their convenient shuttle service going and coming back from the universal studio and they also sent us to the airport for free. Very impressive! Will definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors.

Clean and affordable

I love this little hotel.I went to the Cyndi Lauper concert at the Hollywood bowl and we went to Universal studios, so we wanted something affordable and close to both, but also clean.Parking was easy, the room was clean, concierge was professional and efficient in checking us in. I will be staying again.

The employees and Dennis ( Bar tender) made my stay with comfort, Professionalism, courteous and serviceable. I needed assistance with getting an uber and the help desk staff were kind and very willing to help. My room met all of my expectations with cleanliness, and the comfort that come with the accommodations. I highly recommend the hotel and would return again. Thank you all.. :)

The shuttle service was exactly what we needed for our trip. The restaurant and bar was very good. Staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Always clean whenever we left to go out.
