Comfortable and quiet, spacious (700 sq ft) back house on a tree-lined street in charming South Pasadena! Secure, separate, private two-story unit with quiet neighbors. Includes full bathroom with shower, fully-furnished kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Spacious, private bedroom with plush carpeting. Sleeps up to 6 (with additional charge for anyone over 4 people). Upstairs includes one queen bed with memory foam mattress and two twin beds upstairs, and one full size futon bed downstairs. Guest house has WIFI and Smart TV with Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix subscription available for your use. Also . . . plenty of toys for the little ones!

No smoking or pets allowed. Sorry no washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove or large oven in unit. The unit has two portable air-conditioning units.

Conveniently located in beautiful, tree-lined South Pasadena. Walk to the park (with playground and tennis courts (free to use)), coffee shops, and many restaurants on Fair Oaks Ave.. 0.9 mile (15 min) walk to Metro Gold Line.
