The rep. a young lady was blue hair (sorry forgot the name) was very polite and helpful. I made her aware that the window covers “blinds” that the chain to lower and rise broke off at first use. This occurred as soon as i walked into the room to view the outside the chain just came off ! I reported immediately. I don’t want to get billed for something that was already broken ! I enjoyed the convenience of the place

Location is convenient - close to large mall and Costco. Facility is run down though. Nowhere to hang towel, TVs flicker, there's no clock, fridge door is broken, ceiling is peeling, and there are stains on the sofa and armchair. Would not choose to stay again.
