Rotten milk don't eat the breakfast

We went just to relax and hangout the door to the bathroom didn't work my daughter got stuck in the restroom and my husband drank rotten milk from the free breakfast horrible experience

Truthfully I love this place and I come here every trip I take to California. Myself, my wife, and my daughter stay and enjoy the week together. It’s nice and quiet so there’s nothing to worry about. There’s a nice underground parking space under the hotel so you don’t have to go in the sun if it’s free. Just watch the space because it’s a little tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help out if needed. The only serious issue I have is the keycard. I have issues with it every time I go. It’ll just stop working and they tell you to “keep it away from electronics like cellphones and keys” but even if I do it stops working. Regardless it’s a nice area and close to the mall so I think it’s worth the trouble. Hopefully they'll fix that in the future.

I was on a business trip and booked this location for 4-days ! Let’s start with the bathroom - both the shower and tub were old , leaking faucet, showerhead and covered in white hard water residue. Hair in the tub and on the towels . The upholstery on the lounge chair was peeling and stained. The carpet was old and smelled so bad . Remote for the tv didn’t work . The drawers on the tv stand wouldnt stay closed and no phone charging outlets . Iron was broken . I will never book here again .

Dissatisfied

The room and the breakfast were ok. I had to check out 5 days early for a medical appointment for my wife. I was not refunded for those 5 pre-paid days nor was my $100 room deposit returned to me. I called Hotels.com and also informed the front desk 2 days in advance. I spoke with Jennifer at the front desk and she assured me it will be taken care of by her and Hotels.com. I checked out on the 28th of August and today is the 1st of September. I have still not received my refund or my deposit. I will be contacting my credit card company by Wednesday if no action has been taken. I’ve already spoken to them and they are prepared to assist me. This is not a very professional way to conduct business.
