Great room, great staff, excellent breakfast. Hot tub was only barely warm and no one was able to fix it. The pool was nice though. The bathroom shower was locked at luke warm as well so it wouldnt go any hotter and no one was able to come and help with that either. Great secured parking (for a small fee). Overall I would stay here again if they fix the water issues

The immenidies such as breads, drinks, yogurts, etc., were great. Maybe suggest a little more variety in the main breakfast selection and cereals. Overall, 3.8 out of 5.

Young lady working the front desk was extremely helpful with printing our cruise luggage tags. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast surprised us with the variety of foods available. Fresh ground coffee was great! Too bad there is not a free shuttle from the airport.
