BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT HERE! They have only 10 parking spaces- if you dont get there early enough- when you get there they will tell you that you have to go find public parking and walk back!! Even at 2a.m. youre trying to find parking! They will charge you anyway!! Problems with the lights/breakers...unreasonable management. Just beware- they just want your money.

Nice and clean hotel. Very close to everything. Get the parking for $29 on the premises, much more convenient than looking around. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, want Monica Pier.

The location is extremely close to the beach and peir. The bathroom could use updating. The bathtub had some damage and the faucet was kinda broken. The day bed was not comfortable. When I told them at the front desk they thanked me for letting them know. The other beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I thought it was a little pricey but I guess the location is everything. Staff was very nice. Overall good stay.

stay 2 days pros price, service and cleanliness there was no ocean view from the room and there is no heat in the room. There is a small space heater provided. As for the parking i recommend reserving as you make the reservation as parking is limited

The location is great! So many restaurants nearby and easy to get to the pier. The street is front is quite loud tho.

I always stay here— the location is exactly the same as a $1000 a night hotel next door—walk out the door to the beach—great restaurants (the Coast is 3 minutes away and the food is amazing)—the Pier is 5 minutes away—tha airport 25 minutes The rooms are simple but sufficient and very clean— the staff is great *****

Great location near beach and pier. It’s an older place but quaint and clean. We have stayed several times and love the location.
