This property is about 2 miles from the pier. Multiple walkable restaurants around the property. The staff was so helpful and friendly! The woman that checked us in was very friendly and patient. Parking is right under the hotel and vehicle was easily accessible via the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Avoid The Gateway Hotel

For three days no one came to my room to make the bed, clean my room and put fresh towels in the bathroom. I also called the front desk upon my arrival and told them the electric outlet in the room was not working and no one came to the room to help. Front desk manager was rude and insisted they knocked on my door but i didn’t answer. I told them i was at the hospital the entire day and was not even in the room so no one came by.

My parents stay frequently due to your proximity to Providence John. Both parents have had procedures done there. They are always thrilled with the service and cleanliness of your facility. My mother did comment that she wishes there were more comfortable seating options in the room. They have both been very happy with the breakfast since COVID restrictions have lessened.
