A Queen Bed is smaller than a King Bed

I booked a King Room but was provided with a Queen Room. The free shuttle is provided by a 3rd party and it was very difficult to arrange collection, so waited over half an hour. The "deep bath" was not as described. All in all it was just a very average experience.

Multiple restaurant options across the road and down the street. Convenient location to the airport with free shuttle. Staff were super friendly, rooms were big enough.

The airport and rental car companies are 5 minutes away. Free Street Parking that I have never had trouble with. No breakfast but lots of close options and a gas station next door for late night needs.

Everything was just right.

Everything was a step up. The room was larger, the bathroom was huge and fully equipped for any handicapped user. While the floors were wood. A big improvement over older, allergenic rug covered flooring. Their Manager (Andrea?)was extremely helpful from the airport pickup, to picking the best room for our needs and even helped with our luggage. Everything was perfect. Definitely made for a safe, comfortable and relaxing stay.
