.Room was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and hotel had access to several places to eat at walking distance. A plus for those of you that would like to use the LA Metro system; the bus stop is at the corner of the complex, this so easy to get around

Staff was nice. Rooms very thin walls. Could hear the person upstairs walking around and rolling their luggage a lot. At 2:30 am a couple was arguing outside and woke us up. We finally had to call the front desk who had them leave. Otherwise location was great, room was clean, and spacious.

Upon arrival at the airport, we requested the hotel’s airport shuttle, which took approximately 45 minutes to arrive. The room itself was generally in good condition; however, there was a noticeable gap under the entry door that appeared to require a new door sweep. Another concern was our room location. We were assigned the farthest room from the office, directly next to a road, which resulted in significant noise. When I asked about this at checkout, the staff member stated that those rooms are typically assigned last. I then asked if the hotel had been sold out, and she indicated that it was not. The staff was friendly and courteous overall, though two staff members we asked for help outside were unable to communicate in English.

The shuttle service, I waited at the aiport for 2 hours and when called the hotel said that I need to call a number that they never answer. I was sent to the area accross de street with 2 big bags and it felt very unsafe. The rooms are very loude, all the walking and everything from the floor upstairs can be heard. I think someone was smoking weed outside and the smell was coming under the door to my room. People talking outside the room all night. I tried to book the shuttle to the aiport at 7 am and the told me it is full. That I can go at 5 am or 8 am, what a joke. I ended up taking uber. Fridge was dirty, didnt get to use it
