Was disappointed that the shuttles did not run on time. Three shuttles showed up after 11 AM AND THE first two were too full. So I ended up getting an Uber by the time the third shuttle pulled up around 1125.

TERRIBLE CHOICE

I tough it was a hotel but it is a motel, separate buildings across the street, it shouldn’t appear on the “hotel” search… Property in general looks and feel dirty, the room lacks ventilation so it smells. There was a group of men loudly arguing with F words at night and for long time, I felt very unsafe there. I accidentally drop a towel to the floor next to the bed and when pick it up it was black from dust. Very poor and underwhelming experience, not the best deal and not sure how I ended making a reservation there, would never come back and would never recommend to anyone.

Rooms are unfussy, clean, and furnished with the basic necessaries and an abundance of towels. Service is excellent! They allowed us to put our bags out in the lobby while we weren't able to check in early or on-time due to itinerary changes. Note that their early check-in online has a waitlist so the online approach is suboptimal, and staff is far more friendly in person. We were also given the option of picking a first or second floor room considering our amount of heavy luggage. The shuttle coming from the airport is on an on-call basis, and the number is provided. The shuttle going to the airport runs by the hour and is punctual based on our experience in the early morning hours (6 am).

Neighbor was extremely loud. LOUD MUSIC for 6 hours straight, then loud Sex acts next door. We were here 7 hours to sleep before our next overseas flight. NO SLEEP. First employee tried to quiet them but to no avail. The overnight front desk was REAKing of Pot and could care less of our lack of sleep and calling manager, Joshua Backes. I will be disputing this charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
