Not having wifi was inconvenient. The buffet did not have many choices. Staff is incredible. Very friendly.

My experience with this resort was horrible. While the serving and maintenance-staff was very attentive and professional. I arrived and was told that my reservation had been switched to their low budget resort. I spoke to multiple people and explained that I booked my reservation with tropical beach resort not with cofresi . The staff ignored me and insisted that it was the same because they were all under the same chain a.k.a. lifestyle. Well, I would like to assure you that it was not. Cofresi is a rundown resort with outdated and dirty rooms. I spent a good part of 24 hours of my 72 hour reservation going back-and-forth with them and telling them that I did not want to be at Cofresi. After 24 hours of going back-and-forth with them they finally switched us to the tropical beach resort. The rooms were clean, but the TV didn’t work the plumbing wasn’t all that great and after spending a day of pleading my case for something that I paid full price for and I didn’t receive I was exhausted and couldn’t really even enjoy myself. The property is beautiful. The views are spectacular, but the resort is not well maintained. This was my first time booking with this resort and it will be my last. My overall experience was terrible moving forward. I will just book with the resorts that I am used to here on the island.

Small hotel but clean room and perfect for a couple days

El lugar es absolutamente hermoso: romántico, tranquilo y muy privado. Fue el escenario perfecto para celebrar una ocasión tan especial. Pero lo que realmente hizo nuestra estadía inolvidable fue el excelente servicio. Todo el personal nos hizo sentir verdaderamente especiales durante toda nuestra visita. This place was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and caters to your needs. The area is very safe you can get around in golf carts that you can rent very easily. It’s clean and well maintained. & the hotel restaurant serves great food.
