This was our first time here - we were a group of 10 in total (5 kids, 5 adults) - and we will not be coming back. The food was good, the staff was friendly, those are the positives.
There is no parking, you have to drive around and leave your vehicle by the sidewalk. We had 3 rooms in total, the AC did NOT cool properly in any of the 3 rooms. We were sweating at all times we were inside the rooms, can't be a coincidence that all 3 rooms felt over 75 degrees.
The outlets aren't regular "American" outlets; they are European-type outlets, but we were not told this at any moment. When we went to charge our phones, we realized we couldn't connect it and when we went back to the lobby, that's when they informed us that you needed an adapter and you needed to pay a deposit in order to get one. You will get your deposit back once you return the adapter.
The bed sheets were stained & looked dirty, room smelled old and didn't feel or look clean (at least not to our expectations).
The bar was nice, and snack bar had a lot of variety. Pool area was nice, a bit crowded but nice. There's another pool a bit further - about a 4 minute walk to get to it, less crowded and more shade but no bar / food / music available.
