The staff is what really made the trip better .. I asked for one bed and got 2 . My bed sheets were stained .. the bathroom needs to be updated and the entrance door slammed both my finger and my husbands because of how close it was to the knob’s. Half of the resort was accessible but there were no staff around to help with anything so not really accessible and also the same 3 liquor options available . I guess you do get what you pay for

This was our first time here - we were a group of 10 in total (5 kids, 5 adults) - and we will not be coming back. The food was good, the staff was friendly, those are the positives. There is no parking, you have to drive around and leave your vehicle by the sidewalk. We had 3 rooms in total, the AC did NOT cool properly in any of the 3 rooms. We were sweating at all times we were inside the rooms, can't be a coincidence that all 3 rooms felt over 75 degrees. The outlets aren't regular "American" outlets; they are European-type outlets, but we were not told this at any moment. When we went to charge our phones, we realized we couldn't connect it and when we went back to the lobby, that's when they informed us that you needed an adapter and you needed to pay a deposit in order to get one. You will get your deposit back once you return the adapter. The bed sheets were stained & looked dirty, room smelled old and didn't feel or look clean (at least not to our expectations). The bar was nice, and snack bar had a lot of variety. Pool area was nice, a bit crowded but nice. There's another pool a bit further - about a 4 minute walk to get to it, less crowded and more shade but no bar / food / music available.

The resort was clean, the people in the front desk are amazing very friendly. The room had spacious closet space and big beds for bigger families. Now if you needed to charge Your phone there is no outlet that would fit the charger head. There is only one big pool and a small one for the kids. The food I wouldn’t say was all great, out of the 3 days we stood there only one day the dinner was good. The breakfast was good because it’s something we can eat. Other then that the resort needs a little upgrade on the food mostly

La Propiedad está un poco vieja. El cuarto q me toco al entrar olía mucho a moho, el inodoro no bajaba. Me cambiaron de cuarto a una suite y el olor seguía igual un olor a viejo. El aire acondicionado en el cuarto no funcionaba, el teléfono no funcionaba. El WiFi solo funcionaba en la zona de la recepción, súper inconveniente. El servicio del personal súper amables y un buen servicio. La Comida en general no me impresionó. Pensé q iba a ver más comida típica dominicana pero no fue así. Los shows en el resort demasiado tardes y muy poco entretenimiento. El viernes y el sábado había demasiada gente, no suficiente sillas ni sombrillas para sentarse en el área de La Piscina. En conclusión, No volvería a hospedarme en playa bachata. Hay q hacer La tarea y tomar en consideración los reviews de los clientes anteriores huéspedes.

¡Hola! Estuve hospedada con mi familia durante 7 días. Me encantó la atención del 95% del personal. (Solo tengo quejas de 3 chicas que trabajan en el bar del restaurante Italiano y una del bar que esta abierto las 24 horas. Atendian a los clientes con mala actitud, esos servicios fueron muy desagradable. Pero aparte de eso, nos sentimos muy bien con todo lo demas. Quiero resaltar el buen servicio que recibi de todos los chefs, pero en especial de las siguientes empleadas; Ana Gibbs (Hos Tess): Sumamente amable y sonriente, trasmite una linda energía. Gabriela Reynoso (Camarera): Excelente trabajo, muy eficiente, educada y trata a todos los clientes con amor. La blondie (Kids Club) una chica muy agradable. Estamos agradecida con ella por sus hermosas atenciones con mi sobrina Nathalia. ¡Buen trabajo!💪😍 Benciones y éxitos!!! Nos vemos pronto playa bachata…
