Do not stay here- the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. I basically made a mistake and booked hotel at 1230am for same day to sleep for that night- arrived to hotel around 1am and was told check in was 3pm. Explained that I was wanting to sleep for that night and would pay that rate if refunded or just leave the one I booked and pay difference. The assistant GM was the worst part of it… condescending and rude- basically told me no refund no room. She could not have been any more unpleasant- do better - clown show. I have my work staff stay there every December as well… moving that too!!

Staff was great! Rooms were wonderful. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower wasn’t really working. We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t even mention it. I’m sure if we did they would’ve been all over fixing it.
