Unprofessional,unorganized,and the rooms and hallways smell weird. When i checked in the gave me a room key to a room that was already assigned to someone so i ended up walking in on that person. The key cards rarely stay active. When i checked out i went to get my cash deposit back and they had my deposit under someone else’s name but j was assigned to the room. Just overall terrible

Not as expected but ok.

The restaurant hours are not accurate, food was amazing though. There is no continental breakfast it's just the restaurant. The roof was leaking all over the place, puddles everywhere. The staff were all very friendly though.

Cheap but run down.

The pictures were deceiving. It’s more run down than that. Our bathroom had dirt still on over the floor and we were given 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 4 of us. When asked for 4 more towels because we were going to the pool we were told we were only allowed 2 more towels. The tv had 6-8 stations only and the roof was leaking throughout different parts of the hotel.

had NOTHING but problems out of staff & ladies at FRONT desk about having our REGISTERE IMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG WITH US EVEN AFTER SHOWING PAPERWORK. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY 100$ DEPOSIT BACk saying having a emotional support animal is my not same & it isn't but it has almost the same rights as it and to be allowed in my room it is... DISCRIMINATION IS UNACCEPTABLE ANY KINDA WAY

Never in 58 years have l given a bad review, because I am not picky or demanding. The service was horrible and the hotel manager was very conflicting with guests at the pool area. Toilet seat broken, dead bugs around the windows, gave wrong key to other guest rooms. This review can be valid by multiple guest.

Super disappointed

Awful experience!! The man working the front desk was super rude. I prepaid for our room which was the king bed then I paid for the upgraded room. When we checked in he told us that we were going to have to take the dbl bed room. No reimbursement or anything . They cancelled our room because we were running late and we already paid for the 4 night stay. Our room was dirty ,had holes in the wall, and don't expect a hot shower. The water is barely over luke warm .

Is a nice hotel is big and everything went you enter is nice but arround the stairs outside is Dirty need to be remolded some stuff take care off it the room are ok but they need too clean it better have some smell and the bathroom too

Price was cheap.. Get what you pay for.

Check-in was slow. Only one person checking in with multiple people waiting. Getting to room was a ton of walking and walking through different areas through doors. While carrying luggage and someone who is handicap is very difficult with non- accessible doors. No smoking fee- but tons of other people smoking in their rooms. No microwave in room but a common one by check-in area. Fridge in room was nice. Shower was too gross looking that we did not shower. Not sure if it was dirty or just stains. Outside stairs were closed. Tons of rust and dirty carpets throughout. Kids say pool was okay-very warm water. Probably needs vacuumed. NO pool towels. I've stayed in 4 times now and each stay is just grosser.

Horrable house keeping and pot smeling the hallway

It was the worst hotel i have stayed at night staff was not very helpfull the house keeping never showed up to clean the room for 4 days on my check out day they still didnt do any think to help shoupd not be called a radisson should change the name to meth house hotel. The pool area was the best part of the place never checked out the bar but it seems like its allways party time wont be back ever again.. but i got what i paid for
