It was a terrible place. I reserved the hotel but front desk didn’t allow me to check in due to their internet/system down. They told me they can cancel my reservation without any charge due to their own issue but they never gave me refund! They still charged me for the full night though they never checked me in , I never stayed there! Very rude hotel staff! Horrible place! I wasted my money! Don't go there!

I had an excellent stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I was also impressed with the breakfast—great variety and quality, especially the food and beverages included. However, I was surprised to see a 20oz water bottle priced at $5, which felt excessive. Fortunately, having an Aldi nearby helped me avoid unnecessary expenses like that. Despite the overpriced water, I’d still recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable accommodations, and solid breakfast offering.

Very disappointed. One reason we booked this was for the pool for my kids. Without notice, the pool was completely green and unable to swim in it. We also had to PAY For parking in the parking lot of the hotel we Already paid for! The ice machine was broken. And when I woke up there were ants everywhere. We will never book here again.

They initially booked me into a room that already had people in it and then charged my card for that room the next day even though they assured me it would not happen. They then could not figure out why I was charged, (yes, finalized), and could not, would not help with refunding. Now I have to dispute that charge with my card company. Calling corporate is useless and this hotel staff is an incompetent joke. Say away!!!

Oversized Rooms with Great Service !

Relaxing stay. The room was generously oversized with both a fridge and a microwave. The food was good, and the onsite micro bar had a great vibe. The property is located close to shopping and food options in a newer area of the Metro. Took us about 20 mins to get downtown. The one TV for for the bed area / other side of the partition seating area was quirky (wired viewing angle), and the bathroom door hitting the toilet whose handle was broken were annoying. Overall, I would stay again.

The ice machine was broke. The elevator were dirty pool was filthy. The bathroom was so small the door literally rubbed the toilet as you closed it. They had two bottle of water in the room that had notes attached that said $5. Then Expedia called the hotel and the pool got cleaned. When I contacted the Hyatt corporation they couldn’t find that I had ever stayed there. Well I have a receipt and pictures
