They initially booked me into a room that already had people in it and then charged my card for that room the next day even though they assured me it would not happen. They then could not figure out why I was charged, (yes, finalized), and could not, would not help with refunding. Now I have to dispute that charge with my card company. Calling corporate is useless and this hotel staff is an incompetent joke. Say away!!!

Oversized Rooms with Great Service !

Relaxing stay. The room was generously oversized with both a fridge and a microwave. The food was good, and the onsite micro bar had a great vibe. The property is located close to shopping and food options in a newer area of the Metro. Took us about 20 mins to get downtown. The one TV for for the bed area / other side of the partition seating area was quirky (wired viewing angle), and the bathroom door hitting the toilet whose handle was broken were annoying. Overall, I would stay again.

The ice machine was broke. The elevator were dirty pool was filthy. The bathroom was so small the door literally rubbed the toilet as you closed it. They had two bottle of water in the room that had notes attached that said $5. Then Expedia called the hotel and the pool got cleaned. When I contacted the Hyatt corporation they couldn’t find that I had ever stayed there. Well I have a receipt and pictures

Honestly, the property is outdated and is in need of some up to date esthetics. When asked to be moved to a different floor, because we were on the floor with what appeared to be a traveling sports team of adolescents, the room we were moved to had a crack on the toilet seat and you had to lift the toilet seat to close the door, because it wouldn't close with just simply closing the door. I will say that the staff was pleasant and when requested to initially move to another room, the customer service presented was excellent. Other than some up to date esthetics, the hotel will really be a nice place to stay in the area with several options to dine at.

I liked that when I asked for a plunger it was brought to me to plunge the toilet right away. What I did not like was paying as much as I paid to have the tiniest bathroom that you cannot do a full circle in, no exhaust fan, the air couldn’t keep up so it was hot almost the entire stay and that the door frames at the elevators are falling apart. It’s gross.
