The hotel was clean and service was good. The advertising was a bit misleading. Said their was a bar and restaurant, but the bar never opened and I saw no restaurant.

Super disappointing stay

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel was out of towels! We had one towel in our double room and when I asked for more at the front desk, the lady said “we are out of towels.” There was no conditioner in our shower. The other guests were extremely loud (men’s basketball tournament) and breakfast was out of many things. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The check-in process was under par. The desk clerk noted a credit card that I did not possess even though I had reserved the rooms with the proper bank card and it took longer to checkin than necessary. The bathroom floor was not clean. The mattress had no firmness and thus was too soft.

I booked a one week stay at this hotel. I stood five days and the last few days there was a found smell and the hotel lobby and we thought it was a backed up toilet, but it was not. We’ve woke up the next morning and there was police there was FBI there was ambulance outside and then one of the staff members told us that a guy died in the downstairs first floor room And he was there for a week dead in one of the beds and it made the whole entire hotel smell, dead body

Very nice facilities with pool, fitness room, large rooms. Friendly staff. Only the stench in the common areas (sewage problem?) was really bad. I’ve only known that smell from Eastern European town with really old buildings …
