Shower was a little weak. Breakfast items were not hot, just warm. Quiet, good parking, good coffee bar. Waffle maker had issues. Pool a little cool - on cold days warmer pool would be nice. Front lobby staff were excellent

Very relaxing. Comfortable beds. Private entrance. The only downfalls were that the swimming pool was unheated and the only bread on the breakfast buffet was biscuits. The biscuits were good but I like having toast and/or bagels. We were there 5 days and I would go back again.

Love that there was two different ways to get in the room one from the hotel and one from the outside and that we could park by the door. That was a great thing when unloading. The rooms had lots of space. It was great for three adult adults and one child.

I love this hotel! That is the only reason that i didn't give a horrible score. The exterior door wouldn't open all the way, and I threw my shoulder out a bit. Not bad enough to be injured, just bad enough to be hurt. The arm chair was missing a leg or something, because it scraped the floor. The privacy curtain would not close all the way on the window, so I didn't feel comfortable, the air conditioner was very loud, and... The bed in this room was very uncomfortable. I will always recommend this hotel, because the staff is fantastic. I just had a severe issue with the room, and the fact that the hallways always smells like weed / Marijuana!
