Staff was friendly but they had a hard time with my payment because they not only set aside the money but they charged my account and kept denying that they did. I found out the lady who checked me in is actually housekeeping staff and was not trained properly. Room was great and had an amazing view but on the coldest day of the year I slept with my window open because even though the thermostat said it was 62 I was sweating to death because of how hot the room was. There is no microwave in the room but they have one in the lobby which is several hallways from any of the rooms. I know I walked 5 hallways to get from my room to the lobby which was in the same floor as my room. The toilet paper holder was falling off in my room. I did not feel safe there except in my room. Also there is no bellhop so you are carrying your own stuff to and from your room and if you are handicap you should know that the handicap door was not working and for the few days I was there they never got anyone in to fix it or even look at it. I also almost fell getting into the shower. Not only are the tubs old jacuzzi type tubs that have the holes covered, but because they are that type you have to step higher to get in and out. The only bar also came loose in my hand so I almost fell in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. It's old and run down.ADA you need to check this place out.
