The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond getting milk for our tea when it wasn't readily available or during nirmal hours. They were courteous and friendly. The hotel couldnt be in a better location for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend hughly fir a couple, friends shopping weekend or fanilies with children. Beautiful clean pool and wonderful hot breakfast included!

This is my go to hotel in Watertown. My 3rd or 4th time staying here. Nice location, attentive and courteous staff, breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and very clean facility.

When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and courteous. The front lobby was warm and inviting which was especially nice since the weather had turned colder during our drive.

Watertown, NY 10/17/25 to 10/24/25 Great breakfast daily. Employee was continously cleaning seating and replenishing food in dining area. Clean property throughout. Clean updated rooms. Fitness room and pool area very clean. Landscaping was nice. Outside trash cans emptied daily. Nice flood lights on building at night. * The only ill experience was the night desk lady seemed annoyed when we requested towels and toilet paper be delivered to the bedroom. * The same female employee was not inviting when we entered the lobby on two different evenings. No greeting, no energy. * Gentleman who was also working late shifts on other days was pleasant and professional. Great example of service.

Wonderful check in staff and kitchen hostess. Difficulty in adjusting heat. After telling staff they said an app needs to be used to bypass a pre-programmed setting. I guess we should’ve called the front desk that evening when we were struggling instead of letting them know at checkout.
