Breakfast was great but the room was not. The closet doorknob was broken. There was a kids toy under the bedsheet, which tells us that the sheets were probably not changed. The carpet was filthy. Overall it was okay. The breakfast made up for the poor room.

The young man that check my family in was nice and the lobby looked fine. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway smelled funky. Our room also had a weird smell and I had to use my car air freshener spray to make it smell better. The floors had a film on them like they were cleaned with dirty water. The walls are paper thin so we heard the cars passing on the highway all night & morning. I swear it felt like we were sleeping with the window open. We could also hear the TV from the room next door all night and morning. I’m really nervous to try the breakfast. I might just stop by somewhere local.

The ice bucket had mold in it so it was rendered useless on our trip. The mirror in the bathroom was cloudy, I had to clean it. The walls were missing chunks out of them in multiple places and the tub had rust in it.

Great affordable hotel

I booked through your website and the hotel had trouble finding the reservation. We were traveling with a group of kids. I had booked 4 rooms all under my name paid for by me, but had listed the names with the adult sponsor for each room. They tried to tell me that I did not have 4 rooms. I showed the confirmation email with proof of payment. There should be a way to find who the room was booked under easier instead of immediately stating that I "don't have" said rooms reserved.
