The only issue we had was that there is ZERO water pressure and it’s very frustrating when you pay $500 per night and can’t get a decent shower. We had reserved a king size bed but got 2 full size beds. Other than that, the property is very nice.

I only chose this hotel due to the outdoor amenities. I’ve stayed before and do not find the room comfortable. The thing I did notice was how dirty the bathroom was. The time had the pink slime in the corners and the floors had hair and grime. It was not clean. So, how clean is the rest of the room?

The girl who checked us in was VERY rude and was not paying attention. she made our stay very uncomfortable and we will not be coming back. It's a shame because we had a great timr our first trip, but I'm not paying to be treated that way. They need a staff upgrade.

This is an excellent property probably the best than Lubbock only drawback is parking is tough and the elevator in the building is slow so please request a room on the main floor the faces the courtyard of the pool
