Front desk clerk (Jazmine) who checked us in was very nice and helpful. One of the TVs wasn’t working correctly so she moved us into another room. Hotel was very clean, workers were very nice. Breakfast was good, check in and check out were very easy. Location was great as was the area around it. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit our daughter in Lubbock.

We won't be staying there again. The room smelled like someone had chainsmoked cheap cigarettes in there for 10 years. Not fresh smoke, that stale, soaked into the carpet & the walls smell. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa pull-out bed was like it had been dropped off a roof. Without a doubt one of the worst complimentary breakfasts we've had, even for a cheap hotel. It was so bad that even after hours of being in the room you could still smell it. At one point it woke me up. The staff were friendly.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Anna was quite helpful with upgrading our accommodations to 2 bedroom suites (what we requested in our reservation) when Expedia reserved us a double queen room instead, at no additional charge. We were able to utilize a late checkout, which was much appreciated!

Nice stay

My sister and I traveled to Lubbock for a funeral. I booked at this hotel for a 2 night stay. Check in was great and the property was clean. Our room was was nice and roomy and clean. All in all our stay was good. The only things we had issue with our stay was things that should never been an issue in such a nice hotel. 1: blow dryer would not turn off or adjust. 2: toilet was so extremely low to the floor which made it extremely difficult and dangerous for us to use. 3: refrigerator door opened to the wrong direction making it hard to put items in it because of the table in front of it. Other than those things, the stay was fine. I do want to mention that the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. No matter what time or how busy they were, they always had a great attitude and were very helpful. It was refreshing to go somewhere and not feel like we were imposing. Or that they wished we would go away so they could go back to their phones. The staff was very professional and pleasant.

Toilet wasn’t working , hotel staff came and plunge it . They also left the plunger and told us to plunge as needed . Which we tried . Ended up using bathroom down stairs. The sheets on bed has dark stuff like someone had just laid on them. Over all experience wasn’t great .
