The hotel was okay. It would be great if the pool had a hot tub and it was a heated (as it was freezing cold). The rooms could use an upgrade. You can tell our room was the floor for pets which was not ideal. The front desk folks were great and attentive. I would just probably stay somewhere else next time. The location is super convenient which I do admit that is a big plus

Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the sweet note from Sheila in our room when we arrived and her kind words when we were leaving. I would say the only downside was not having a microwave in the room and only one small one in the kitchen was available and several people were having to wait for it to be available. Other than that though it was great!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch through Expedia. Got there the night of the booking and was told at the front desk that they don't have any double queen rooms and they can "upgrade" me to a single king with a pull out couch. Well if that's what I wanted I would have booked it that way! So I said that would not work and the lady at the front desk said "well you booked through a 3rd party so that's what you get. I can't magically make a room with 2 queen beds appear and next time you should book directly through the hotel". So needless to say I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again and had to look for another booking at 10pm because they gave away the room I booked.
