The room smelled musty, and we could never get rid of it. Roaches crawled across the breakfast room floor. The bathtub filled with water while we were taking a shower. The fire alarms went off in the hallway in the middle of the night, but no one ever came to check on them. Another guest was told by the front desk to take them down. (so they say) Overall, we are not returning.

Needs work.

The property needs renovation. The door to the room was off center. You could see out into the hallway due to misalignment when the door was shut. Rust spots in the shower. Peeling paint off the walls. The pillows provided were small.

We did not like the leaking ceiling in the dining area and wet hallways from the pool area. Bathroom amenities entirely too small. The shampoo appeared to be previously used. TVs inept, coffee maker very cheap.

Arrived and room my room a double bed was giving to another guess with the same name. I knew the other guess and was asked to call and switch rooms since the room they gave was a king. I explained it was 9 pm and the other guess was already asleep and they were a couple with double beds and I was traveling with wife and a teenager. Teenager had to sleep on a roll away. Front desk needs to pay better attention to the names. Reservations had Jr and Sr. Will never stay here again. Front desk needs more training on customer relations ie soft skills and help resolve issues and responsibilities. They need to own up to the mistake. If they would have done that they probably would have had a better review.

Property is close to family so we have stayed at this location several times. It is just run down and not kept up well. Blinds in room didn’t work and there were no curtains so we had to rig the blinds. Walls around facility are crumbling from what appears to be previous water damage. Breakfast is edible at best. Coffee bar is good and usually well stocked.

Over priced, with no room service-front desk indicated every 3 days) - had to physically go down to Front desk to request clean towels because they never answered the phone (5 tries in 2 days), basically treated like road side motel for nearly $300 per night.

At LaQuinta the first room they gave us the door was open, bed was dirty, air conditioning didn’t work. They changed us to a room that the tub was peeling. When I inquired about staying longer was told there wasn’t a room available. Not Impressed!
