Room has a slatted see thru shower, toilet has a door that doesn't latch nor lock. You can only separate those areas with a curtain by the bed. Not very private at ALL! No kettle, fridge, nor microwave in the room. No hair dryer. One towel each, one pillow each unless you ask. Hot water free in the lobby, bring your own tea bags or coffee sachets. There is a microwave in the lobby. Cup of coffee is 3.50, breakfast is continental and 14chf you can add on. We did not. On the positive side, the room was clean, we felt safe, it's directly across from a bus stop into town, and easily walkable to town and the train station. Note: if you walk in for a room, it's upwards of 200chf a night on their board. Make sure you book third party, we paid HALF that on an app!!

We had three days great stay here! The bus number 4 is very convenient to us since we are 5. We were able to attend the new years fireworks via bus. The rooms are clean and so the towels, blankets and pillows. The kids on the other room said they were able to sleep well! Thanks to Thomas who is very kind and generous assistance. The best receptionist with a smile! Thank you!
