Very poor accommodation. Below 1 star. Very rude staff. Didn't not use shower. It was very poor conditions. Extremely pricy for the accommodation. Was charged $25 for parking on checkout. Was not told about it during checkin.

The room was cheap for hotels in Luzern. You definitely do get what you pay for. The bed is quite uncomfortable. The room is small and tight. Simple things like towels were lacking. They supplied us with two body towels and no hand towels. Not a great place to stay but a cheaper way to see a beautiful but expensive city.
