All flights arrive to/depart from the new airport, which is a 15-30 minutes drive from the hotel depending on the traffic. There is a free shuttle which is supposed to leave every 30 minutes, but in practice seems to leave whenever, so take that into account when planning. Also air conditioners and coffee machines don't work. On the plus side, the rooms are otherwise fine and the breakfast is great.

The property is not near the airport. It is situation near old airport. They have a shuttle from the airport from exit gate 3. it takes 20 mins to get to the airport from this hotel. Overall the hotel is good.

The staff that service the restaurant need some retraining. It took us almost an hour to order and to receive our food. Even though there were not many people in the restaurant. When people arrive to this hotel, they come to unwind whether it be before their flight leaves or if they just recently arrived. Please address this accordingly.

The staff were so unprofessional as I got for a drink in my credit card even I paid in cash my bill before check out. I can't believe their dishonesty and not principles. I completely disappointed. I don't recommend to anyone all my friends or family members.

I had a quick stay at this hotel but the experience stood out nonetheless. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, the room was pristine, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely phenomenal.
