Very pleasant hotel

Great service and very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy

The room was smokey, someone had been smoking in my room or near it previously. The paint work was flaking... The old easyjot colours were showing through! But otherwise it was an ensuite room to stay in for the night.

Had a great view. The breakfast was decent as well.

Exec room was disappointing. Smallest hotel bed we have slept in for probably 20 years. Cold water pressure in tap was very low and shower was very poor. Parking was expensive and when we left at 4:30am we couldn’t get out of the car park despite having paid. Using the call button on the exit barrier didn’t work despite trying for nearly 5 minutes. One of us then went back into the hotel for help, but couldn’t get back in as we didn’t have a card and reception was not staffed. Disappointing for an airport hotel. Eventually we got back in as some other guests were leaving. What we had thought would be a convenient hotel to help make the build up to our flight less stressful turned out the opposite.
