Staff were great, sleeping areas were cleaned well though the toilet seat had dried blood on the side when we arrived at the hotel. Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye! The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Theo, who was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. He really made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good. Rooms are tight but useful. Location is great, good bus lines and multiple Tube stops within 20 min max.

Stayed for a long weekend, excellent location and friendly reception and bar staff. Small standard rooms, clean and well supplied with quality toiletries. Nice selection for breakfast and lots of options for coffee and teas. Evening bar staff at Haxells excellent choice of cocktails and friendly with all guests making the stay relaxed and enjoyable.
