Such a comfortable stay! Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows! Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Location is convenient. A short walk to the city centre.

Great locarion, service and ambiance

It was our 1st time in the city, busy and short, and their location is excellent. Front desk staff was very welcoming and corteous. They were tremendously helpful when our train got canceled. A convenient restaurant downstairs helped us a lot since we were jetleged, and we enjoyed the overall ambiance.

Per the hotel staff the parking structure located directly underneath the hotel belongs to the city. There is no way to get into the structure aside from walking along the car ramp. You can get out but getting requires a card. I tried using the hotel access card and the parking receipt neither worked. The bed is soft and they only give you half a pillow. Yes, despite the fact they give you just one pillow it’s a small pillow. The shower has some Make shift oriental door. Luckily I got a view of an old building with mold on it. I looked up advertisement for this place and found that it cost 159 euros and I paid over $300 plus per night. Thanks Expedia? I will not be back and I will look into not using Expedia again as the rating as the ratings on Expedia seem to be BS. The staff also failed to mention of where to park to bring up luggage. The day I arrived I dragged my luggage up two flights of stairs. I got the idea from another person that stayed at this dump.

The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. They helped on a number of different occasions with many questions we had. The hotel was writhing 25-20 minute walks from many attractions and around the block from the bus to the airport. The only downside was that our room was a bit damp so towels didn’t dry enough for us to take more advantage of the green opportunities to not change towels each day, overall it is a place we would stay again.

Wonderful Stay! Highly Appreciated!

Our family had wonderful experience in this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception showed hospitality and warmly welcomed us. She was super nice, so she gave us a very good impression of the hotel. The hotel room was comfortable, very clean, and tidy. There was a sofa bed. Other hotels usually required us to make the bed ourselves, but Novotel had made the bed tidily for us before we entered the room. There was a coffee maker and a kettle for boiling water for tea in the room as many other hotels do, but the special treat was that the drinks (water, juice, and beer) in the fridge and snacks at the bar were complimentary, as free gifts to customers. The room was cozy and quiet; the toilet and shower room were clean; the beds were comfortable. All of us slept well. Our family spent a wonderful night there. The next morning we went to enjoy the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent: - a lot of variety of food (scrambled eggs and boiled eggs (you can even boil your own eggs!), sausages, hash browns, bread, Croissant, cheese, milk and cereal, fresh fruits, and my favorite, smoked salmon, tuna, etc.) and - drinks (coffee maker for making your own coffee, tea, juice, etc.). Everything was fresh and delicious! We loved the breakfast! We had a great time there. We wanted to say "Thank you" to the staff who welcomed and served us!
